Disciplemakers
Brent and Colleen Weaver
Colleen and Brent serve in Tallinn, Estonia; a northern European country of 1.3 million people. They have a passion for making mature disciples of Jesus who will be catalysts for gospel transformation in the communities where they live. Colleen primarily teaches and mentors students at the Baltic Methodist Theological Seminary while Brent focuses on helping local churches and leaders to mobilise intentional disciplemaking.
Mangyan Ministry
Phil and Ruth Robinson
Philip and Ruth live in the Philippines and serve the Mangyan people on Mindoro Island. They are passionate about educating the Mangyan children through sponsorship. Philip and Ruth also minister in the “Jesus Christian Ministry” Church in Malolos, alongside Ruth’s parents, Rely and Lalaine Samonte. Together, they work with the goal to saturate the nation of the Philippines with the Gospel.
Church Planting Partners with OMS NZ
Rely and Lalaine Samonte
Pastor Rely and Lalaine Samonte planted a Church and Christian school in Malolos, Philippines. For over 15 years, we have partnered with them in their church planting ministries, supporting them as they reach and disciple new churches and church leaders in multiple villages around the Philippines. We aim to send teams to help in their ministry every year.

Media/Communications + Practical Help
Glyn and Naomi Johnston
Glyn and Naomi are situated in Hungary, serving with the OMS team for Europe and the Middle East. Naomi heads up the media and communications for the field, documenting the work that is happening around this region. Glyn serves through ministry and uses his practical skills to help maintain camp and ministry facilities. They both assist in leading teams of volunteers who come from around the world to serve in the English camps and maintenance teams.
Professional Development of ESOL Teachers
G.R.
G.R. oversees professional development of English teachers in East and Southeast Asia. She also trains future missionaries at Eastwest College of Intercultural Studies through teaching ESOL to international students, training students to teach and use ESOL on the mission field, and teaching cross cultural skills. Now residing in Lithuania, G.R. serves in a local university throughout the year, using her skills to train English teachers.

Church Multiplication Facilitators
Roger and Glenda Kruse
As a church multiplication facilitator with Every Community for Christ (ECC), Roger travels three times annually to India and the South Pacific. He works closely with national leaders by providing encouragement, support, training, and accountability in the oversight of 70+ ECC teams. He offers ongoing training in implementation and supervision of church multiplication strategies. Glenda provides administrative support and travels with Roger to India for ministry annually.
Teaching Missionary Kids
J.K.
J.K is from Korea but made New Zealand his home, along with his son, for over 20 years. J.K loves to teach, and has dedicated his life to doing so. Serving primarily with WEC International, he is serving as a teacher to missionary kids at an OMS founded school in SE Asia.
