Are you already making plans for this year?  We are planning even further ahead – 2009.  January 2009 (just a year away) our term in NZ comes to an end.  There is a great need for “workers” in the area of accounting on several OMS fields.  We prayed to God for wisdom in making the decision about our future and He answered

 through verse 16 in Jeremiah 6: “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls”.
Since our hearts are in Russia and our vision is to sow the seeds among the Russian people we felt a strong calling to go back to “bear fruit that will last”.  Another answer came with the information that in 2009 the missionaries that do finances and logistics on the Russia Field at the moment will be leaving for a furlough.  It seems that God opened this window of opportunity for our return to Russia.
One of the conditions for us to return to Russia is that we need to raise more prayer and financial support.  On the 30th January we are off to the South Island.  The schedule on the page 5 shows you when we’ll be in your area.  If you would like us to visit you, your church or home group, please, let us know as soon as possible.
